Specifically, the information disclosed by the Consumer Protection Commission of Zhejiang Province shows that the five major platforms of Taobao, Pinduoduo, JD.com, Kuaishou and Douyin have all removed the non-compliant goods involved, and also submitted improvement measures on how to strengthen supervision, standardize the behavior of anchors, and improve the quality of goods in the future.

Taobao requires the corresponding merchants to take the initiative to seal, return or destroy the unqualified inventory, and no longer carry out secondary sales, in addition to setting up a service guarantee fund pool to support consumers to protect consumers in advance and then recover from the corresponding merchants. In terms of standardizing the behavior of anchors, Taobao will further improve the pre-inspection tools for selection, and prompt the anchors of the accumulated consumer feedback problems on the products accumulated by the platform in the pre-inspection of products to strengthen the empowerment of the anchors.

Pinduoduo stopped broadcasting during all the live broadcasts involved in the incident for 7 days, and targeted governance measures were taken according to the nature of the problem, such as the lack of hair and leakage found in the physical inspection, the lack of fruit and other issues, and at the same time as the goods on the shelves and the ban on broadcasting, they were included in the comprehensive assessment indicators and further processed in the later stage. Pinduoduo will also expand the internal audit personnel and continue to inspect each live broadcast room that is doing live broadcasting to ensure that each live broadcast room is within the scope of manual monitoring

Kuaishou has carried out a comprehensive inspection of problems such as "incomplete display of goods", "indecent behavior of live broadcasting", "sales of three no products", etc., especially the small household appliances that have more problems found in this physical inspection as the focus of investigation, and improve the frequency of internal monitoring and spot checks.

Douyin conducts a sweep verification for similar goods, and removes the corresponding problem goods from the shelves, for similar goods, the platform will organize internal special sampling inspections to check similar problem goods and ensure the compliance of merchants and goods. In the future, Douyin will also adopt real-time monitoring + spot checks to control the quality of the goods on the shelves.

Previously, the Consumer Protection Commission of Zhejiang Province conducted consumer inspections of the five platforms of Taobao, Pinduoduo, JD.com, Kuaishou and Douyin. During the physical inspection, it was found that some anchors exaggerated publicity, used absolute advertising slogans, compared other platforms, missed hair, issued the wrong size, and the publicity was inconsistent with the physical object. In addition, 2 batches of fresh found two problems of short pounds.

During the Double Eleven period, the Zhejiang Provincial Consumer Protection Commission inspected 17 anchors and found that 5 anchors had exaggerated publicity, used absolute advertising slogans, and compared prices with other live broadcasts. In the live broadcast room of Li Jiaqi (number of fans: 5645.2w) on the Taobao platform and Beibei Rabbit (the number of fans 1053.4w) on the Taobao platform, the 1 batch and 2 batches of product labels were found to be irregular. It is understood that Beibei Rabbit is the anchor of Qianxun.

The anchor involved also submitted a rectification explanation. Li Jiaqi's operator (Meijian Shanghai Network Technology Co., Ltd.) said that it will immediately stop selling related goods, make changes to all goods in inventory, and after the changes have been completed and after a new round of testing, the relevant products will be re-listed.
