Mr. Chen recalled that fortunately, he reacted quickly, and after seeing the fault alarm, he immediately pulled over and parked the car on the side road and did emergency avoidance. But after the car stopped, new problems arose.

After getting out of the car, Mr. Chen tried to start the vehicle, but the car did not respond, and in desperation, he could only call a trailer and send the car into the 4S shop. The new car had only been running for two days, and the engine suddenly stopped while driving, and now, Mr. Chen had only one idea.

This fault does not meet the provisions of the national new three-guarantee law and the Zhejiang three-guarantee law, and the action of gradually turning off the ignition after the alarm is not a direct and sudden power outage.
However, the reporter consulted the auto experts of the Zhejiang Provincial Consumer Protection Commission, but got different opinions, experts said that this incident, you can refer to article 27 of the Zhejiang version of the three guarantees of automobile law, with the vehicle out of control to require the merchant to return and replace the car.
