Fried pork rib soup

Cooking time of pork ribs and crispy soup: 30 minutes

【Ingredients】600 grams of small ribs, 1 white radish.

【Seasoning】 2 coriander, 1 tbsp sake, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1/2 cup sweet potato flour, 7 cups broth, 1 tsp salt.

【Directions】

Wash 1 small ribs, add seasoning and mix well, marinate for 10 minutes and then remove with fried puff pastry.

2 white radish peeled, cut into pieces, put in the stew cup, add the broth and steam for 10 minutes, then add the crispy ribs, steam for 20 minutes, add soy sauce, salt to taste and then serve, add a little chopped coriander when eating.
