On December 11, the Xinji Police Station of the Yinan County Public Security Bureau received a report from Li Mou of Fangjia zhuangzi village in Xinji Town, saying that 29,000 yuan in cash placed in the cabinet of his hall had been stolen. Tens of thousands of yuan in cash is not a small amount for rural families. After receiving the report, several police officers from the Xinji police station immediately rushed to the scene for investigation. At 2 p.m. on December 14, the police found Zheng Moujiang in a shop near Wolong mountain in Yinan County and immediately arrested him. During the review, Zheng Moujiang took the initiative to disclose a message to the police, and he gave himself a "judgment" and thought that this time he could be sentenced to 5 years. As for the reasons, he said that there were mainly two points, he had been sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment by the Yinan County People's Court six times for theft, and he was a repeat offender; this time he had more than 20 burglaries, stealing more than 40,000 yuan in cash and a number of gold jewelry, with a total value of 80,000 yuan.

At present, with the approval of the procuratorial organs, Zheng Moujiang has been arrested, and the trial of the case and the recovery of stolen goods and losses are under way.
