On the one hand, these information technologies make the work of the kindergarten teachers more convenient and to some extent win the satisfaction of parents, but on the other hand, they also make the work in the kindergarten nakedly exposed in front of parents and the media, invisibly increasing a lot of pressure on the teachers, and even many times they are obviously kind, but in the end, because of the differences in emotions, concepts, feelings and other aspects of the communication process with individual parents, conflicts, contradictions, and even finally evolved into a crisis event in the kindergarten.

WeChat groups, as the most commonly used tool for communication between relatives and teachers, are most likely to arouse group anger because of the emotions of a certain parent.
Some time ago, I saw a post-90s mother Ms. A complaining on the forum:
Ms. A's 3-year-old daughter has just entered the kindergarten class, in order to appease the parents, the kindergarten teacher will take pictures and post them in the group every three to five years. One day, the teacher took a picture of the child after he fell asleep and uploaded it to the parent group.
Unexpectedly, the sharp-eyed Ms. A saw something wrong: her daughter slept soundly, but the boy in the next bed did not seem to be asleep, holding her daughter with one hand and pulling off her daughter's quilt from time to time.
Seeing this scene, Ms. A only felt the anger in her heart, and immediately asked the teacher in the group: "How does the boy next to me hold my daughter's hand, how old is the child, is this appropriate?" How do you teachers manage it? You have to give me an explanation! ”
Ms. A's words also caused discussion among other parents in the group. Some agreed that this behavior was indeed not very appropriate, especially when sleeping. Of course, there are also some parents who feel that "making a big fuss", children at this age are very simple, they don't understand anything, it is adults who think too much and complicate the problem.
In this regard, the teacher can only quickly apologize to the parents, saying that she will pay attention to these problems in the future, and Ms. A will not hold the teacher responsible, but she is very concerned in her heart.
Such an incident is actually very typical, teachers do not send photos, parents have opinions; send photos, some children's photos are taken less, not taken well, some parents also have opinions, so how to skillfully deal with parents, really test the wisdom of kindergarten teachers.
Let's look at some of the examples that involve money.
A kindergarten organized a "donation of love" activity initiated by the representative of the Parents' Committee to "donate love" to the children suffering from cancer in the kindergarten.
I thought that after the donation was handed over to the patient's parents, the activity could be successfully concluded, but unexpectedly, a donated child's parents (grandma) accidentally saw the inconsistency between their donation amount and the donation registration information summary table (parents thought that the donation was 100 yuan, and the parent committee representative registered 50 yuan), so the child's grandmother told the mother about this matter (relying on drugs to maintain mental normality), the parents were very emotional, and they went to the school and the head of the kindergarten theory many times!
During this period, the child's teacher (who has just worked for 1 year and has little experience) has used inappropriate methods to induce the child to verify the matter. Therefore, there was a four-way dispute between the child's grandmother, mother, parent committee representative, and teacher.
There are also some kindergartens, in order to try some new educational concepts, enrich the children's school life, enhance the connection between the homes, organized some activities, the original starting point is good, but in the post-processing, a little careless, will be good to do bad things.
For example, the following kindergarten case:
A kindergarten teacher advocated class team building in the parent group, and then announced all the costs of the team building in the parent group. To be fair, the teacher recommends implementing the AA system. This student group activity cost a total of more than 20,000 yuan, and there are more than 50 children in the class, so the average person will have more than 400. When this notice was issued, it was opposed by many parents.
Because many children did not go to the team building at all, the teacher did not understand the situation in time, and blindly made a fee notice, which will naturally suffer from the opposition of parents. And some parents think that their children have not learned or eaten anything when they go there, and they feel a bit of a loss. Four hundred or more is too much for them.
Some parents think that people who should give up the limelight should come out. In the end, the kindergarten took into account that the contradiction between parents and teachers was a bit large, so the kindergarten took the initiative to bear part of the cost. But this incident also had a negative impact.
There are more bizarre ones.
I saw such a thing on the Internet before, it was said that a well-known kindergarten gold medal teacher, in the class a child reacted, there was a smell in the class, and later found that a little girl did not resist diarrhea pulled into the pants, so the teacher got the child into the toilet, helped the child clean up after the child was in a hurry to go to class and threw the child's underwear into the trash can.
It is such a thing that makes parents claim 10,000 yuan without mercy, and the reason given by parents is that throwing away the child's old underwear is destroying the feng shui of the whole family. Although the teacher only has to pay 300 yuan to the parents under mediation, this is also a big blow to an excellent teacher.
As a kindergarten teacher, in today's era, homeland communication is inevitable, homeland conflicts and even crisis events are more invincible, and some scholars have done a survey of the current situation of domestic kindergartens before, and found that when dealing with homeland conflicts, teachers commonly use coping strategies in three ways:
1. Solve problems through collaboration or compromise;
2. Accommodate to satisfy parents;
3. Mediation through a third party.
