Zhou Minxian, director of the kindergarten, introduced that due to the new establishment of the South Bank Road Campus of the kindergarten, coupled with the students of the Datong Road Campus, the number of students in the school reached more than 600, in order to make the kindergarten kitchen procurement more standardized, in 2020, the kindergarten food procurement and distribution project was publicly tendered.

"For some interested companies, the kindergarten will conduct field trips with the food safety administrator and the parent committee." Zhou Minxian said that the agricultural product group that finally won the bid was also scored and determined by experts from many parties. "We did go to the scene to investigate at that time, it is a very large agricultural product group, and it is also distributing agricultural products for nearly a thousand government agencies, enterprises and institutions."

In addition, for the use of monthly students' meal expenses, the kindergarten will also carry out a monthly meal income and expenditure announcement, the content of the publicity includes the children's meal income receivable, this month's meal refund costs, meal income, value-added tax expenditure, meat and vegetable expenditure, food expenditure, side food expenditure and other expenses, calculate the balance of income and expenditure for the month, and the kindergarten will publicize it after review by the parent committee.

According to the kindergarten's "Kitchen Food Procurement and Acceptance Management System", "meal expenses are spent according to plan, rational use, balance of payments, monthly overruns or balances do not exceed 2%, if the work is wrong and causes improper, the relevant personnel are held responsible." Finance and general affairs should calculate the cost of incoming goods on a daily basis, settle the cost of the week and the monthly balance of the week before the end of the work every Friday afternoon, and announce it in the meal management team group. ”
