It is understood that in the South Bank Road Campus of the First Commercial Staff Kindergarten in Guangzhou, a total of 318 students from 10 classes will eat and drink in the kindergarten, and in addition to the campus of the kindergarten in Datong Road, nearly 600 to 700 students will eat in the kindergarten, and the age group of students is 3 to 6 years old.

According to Zhou Minxian, the director of the kindergarten, the kitchen workers need to take notes and electronic ledger records of the raw materials used in the dishes every day, and the edible oil used also needs to upload the relevant information to the Guangdong Provincial Smart Drug Supervision Platform.

Taking the lean meat used for stir-frying on the day as an example, the electronic ledger recorded contains the variety and quantity of the delivered lean meat, the number of the sales voucher of the cut meat in Guangzhou, the quality inspection certificate of the meat in Guangzhou, the certificate of animal quarantine, the supplier, the delivery note number, and the acceptance person of the meat unit.

"At present, there are 5 kitchen workers in the South Bank Road campus of the kindergarten, and the health certificate of the food employee will also be posted in a conspicuous position in the kitchen." Zhou Minxian said.

On the wall of the kitchen, in the food safety level of catering services, there is a public notice board of "Food Safety Grade A" rated by the Guangzhou Food and Drug Administration.

In the activity space next to the kitchen, a screen displays real-time video taken by nine cameras in the kitchen. "This is a requirement for a bright cooker to clearly see how the cooks process in the kitchen." Zhou Minxian said.
