Since last year, Haizhu District has fully implemented the school canteen Internet + "bright kitchen bright stove" work, through the opening of the school, parents, supervision of the three intelligent ports, to create a school food safety management self-inspection, campus logistics management daily inspection, parents committee representatives to participate in spot checks, government departments supervision and inspection of the four-party linkage supervision system system, to ensure that all aspects of campus food supply can be traced, food safety information is open and transparent, to achieve the campus canteen food safety supervision of co-construction and co-governance sharing.
As of December this year, a total of 1618 parent committee members have opened browsing permissions, and 39664 self-examinations of kitchen hygiene and 39414 self-inspections of morning inspections have been uploaded in the school canteen.
Food safety capabilities are improved, and the work is in peacetime. In addition to daily supervision, Haizhu also pays attention to the training and assessment of food safety practitioners to improve the school's food safety management capabilities and levels. Since the beginning of this year, Haizhu has organized a total of 14 times offline campus food hygiene and safety training, comprehensively improving the school's awareness of the main responsibility of food safety, risk prevention and nutrition and health. In view of the difficulty of concentrating the training of school canteen practitioners and the difficulty of getting out of work, we actively adopt online training and assessment methods to organize the learning training and assessment of school food safety management personnel and practitioners.
