Although Yang Hu is not as famous as Yang Hucheng, his qualifications and status are even greater than Yang Hucheng's, and he was once a well-known "rescue hero". Whose driver was saved? Sun Yat-sen.
In June 1922, Chen Jiongming wanted to murder Sun Yat-sen, Sun Yat-sen was cornered, and at the critical juncture, Yang Hu, who was then the inspector of the Grand Marshal's guard of the camp, was not at Sun Yat-sen's side at the time, and his subordinates said: "The enemy artillery fire is too fierce, go again in a while." Yang Hu was furious and said, "The Grand Marshal is the backbone of our revolution, and if he is gone, what revolution will we make!" We are guards, and the mission is to exchange lives for lives! ”
Yang Hu pulled out his double gun and shouted, "Those who want to die for the revolution, come with me!" We're going to die here today! ”
Yang Hu fired his bow left and right with both guns, killed several enemy troops, and rushed to Sun Yat-sen's side with a battalion of guards against the rain of bullets and bullets, and carried Sun Yat-sen on his back to the Yongfeng ship. Afterwards, Sun Yat-sen said movingly: "If it were not for Yang Hu and others, I would have been killed by Chen Jiongming." ”
Not long after, Yang Hu became the commander of the Second Army of the National Revolutionary Army, or appointed by Sun Yat-sen himself. Someone reminded Sun Yat-sen: "Your reuse of Yang Hu in this way will make people feel that you are repaying favors and are not good for your image." Sun Yat-sen said, "Is it because Yang Hu saved me, I don't need this tiger general to avoid suspicion?" Is this a loss for the enemy, or is it a loss for us? ”
Seeing that Yang Hu was highly valued by Sun Yat-sen, Chiang Kai-shek also tried his best to worship his brothers with Yang Hu and promote each other.
Yang Hu was a former disciple of the Qing Gang and belonged to the same "Wu" character generation as Du Yuesheng, but Yang Hu felt that in his own identity, he should be worthy of the "Tong" character generation with a higher generation. Yang Hu was also disappointed in Chiang Kai-shek, so he began to find another way out and contacted Zhou Gong. Zhou Gong knew Yang Hu's status, so he persuaded him to revolt, saying that what you committed before can no longer be investigated. Yang Hu secretly helped our party do several good things and saved many democrats, such as Zhang Lan and Luo Longji.
In 1949, Chiang Kai-shek wanted Yang Hu to go with him, but Yang Hu did not agree, and Chiang Kai-shek, in a fit of rage, offered a reward of 30,000 oceans for Yang Hu's head. Yang Hu simply tore his face with him and announced an uprising.
After Yang Hu's uprising, he went to Beijing, which was personally greeted by Zhou Gong and Zhu Laozong, and was also invited to participate in the founding ceremony, which shows how high his status is.
After the founding of the People's Republic of China, Yang Hu wanted to become a member of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, but was politely rejected by the relevant parties, saying that if you have such a history, it is better to keep a low profile. Yang Hu was very dissatisfied, and often said privately: "I already knew that I couldn't catch anything here, so it was better to go with Old Jiang." ”

After the matter was revealed, Yang Hu was sentenced to death, suspended for two years, and executed outside of prison. Yang Hu died in Beijing in March 1966 at the age of 77.
