Gu Qing, director of the Tianjin Municipal Health Commission, introduced that the patient, male, 48 years old, currently lives in Dongxingli Community, Zhongbei Town, Xiqing District, and his household registration place is Xihua Village, Songxia Street, Shangyu District, Shaoxing City, Zhejiang Province, and has a travel history of Shangyu District, Shaoxing City, Zhejiang Province from December 4 to 7. Self-reported having received two doses of inactivated vaccine.
The patient returned to Tianjin by car from Shangyu District, Shaoxing City, Zhejiang Province, on December 7, and was underwent home health management in Zhongbei Town, Xiqing District in accordance with relevant regulations. On the 17th, according to the epidemic situation in Shaoxing City, the home health management was upgraded to centralized isolation, and the nucleic acid test result on the same day was negative. At 23:18 on the 20th, the nucleic acid test was positive for the initial screening, and on the morning of the 21st, the review was positive and transferred to the Tianjin Designated Hospital, and after comprehensive analysis by the municipal expert group, the patient was determined to be a confirmed case of new crown pneumonia (ordinary type).
After the outbreak of the epidemic, Tianjin gave full play to the advantages of the emergency command mechanism, quickly entered the emergency state, and made a disposal. Adhere to the principle of "four early", highlight the effective integration of "rapid and accurate" and "key coverage", and comprehensively use public health and big data technology to accurately restore the trajectory of infected people. As of 14:00 on December 21, a total of 54 close contacts have been traced, 194 second-level close contacts have been traced, and 89 people have tested negative for nucleic acid (the rest are being tested). The patient lived with 1 person in Tianjin, and the nucleic acid test result was negative on the 20th, and 1 other colleague who went to Shaoxing in Tianjin was implemented at home health management on December 10, and the nucleic acid test result was negative on the 20th, and other investigation and control work is still in progress. A total of 27 items and environmental samples from relevant places were screened, and 5 were positive for nucleic acid tests (all of which were environmental samples in the patient's home), and the rest were negative.
