Shanghai actively implements the national hydrogen energy industry development strategy, takes the fuel cell vehicle industry as a breakthrough, the infrastructure is ahead of the layout, and promotes 1483 fuel cell vehicles, accounting for 20% of the country. 10 hydrogen refueling stations have been built, breakthroughs have been made in key components such as fuel cell systems, and the construction of the industry has become increasingly perfect, and industrial bases such as Jiading District and Lingang have been initially formed. Liu Ping revealed that at present, Shanghai is strengthening the top-level planning and design, releasing the implementation plan for the innovative development of the fuel cell vehicle industry in Shanghai, forming an output scale of nearly 100 billion yuan, and promoting 10,000 hydrogen fuel cell vehicles; at the same time, giving full play to Shanghai's leading role, leading the formation of urban agglomerations in Suzhou, Nantong, Jiaxing, Zibo, Ordos and energy and chemical bases, etc., to fully complete the task of 5,000 fuel cell vehicle demonstration applications, closely follow the integration, and create the largest industrial scale, the best ecological environment, etc. The fuel cell vehicle industry cluster with the strongest overall competitiveness.

The hydrogen energy track "broke the game" road

Opportunities and challenges coexist

Gan Yong further pointed out that at present, the focus of China's hydrogen energy utilization is to create an era of hydrogen energy heavy trucks, and the application of hydrogen fuel cells for heavy-duty diesel vehicles will be a top priority. Because nitrogen oxide emissions from diesel vehicles account for 8.3% of total emissions, particulate emissions also account for a large proportion. Compared with those special areas, ports and terminals are places where heavy diesel vehicles are dense, so the pollution is quite serious.

"Hydrogen fuel cells, different from the characteristics of lithium batteries, heavy load and long endurance, it is impossible to install lithium power batteries on a 49-ton diesel car, then the weight of the battery is too heavy." And hydrogen fuel cells can achieve this goal, because the energy density is very high, so in the dense port, if we do demonstration, the first vice-production of hydrogen, the second offshore wind power after the transportation is convenient, from the sea other ways to transport the hydrogen source, easy to apply in the port of heavy truck fuel vehicles, so the port is a best application demonstration point.
