This year is no exception, but what is different is that this time we plan to change the way we write it, and talk about how the iron fans of Nio arranged this NIO Day in our NIO discussion group yesterday.
That morning, we spent nearly two hours "arranging" NIO Day's PPT.

1. NIO Day PPT overview
Due to the impact of the epidemic, the biggest difference between NIO Day and previous years this year is of course the number of people.
Weilai APP released an announcement a few days ago, and the official @ user big boss called on everyone to refund the ticket early to avoid not being able to enter the venue tomorrow. Just yesterday, a new announcement came out, clarifying the inability of people in several areas with severe epidemics to enter.
Such a sudden situation actually makes this year's NIO Day different. For example, tonight's annual user meeting cannot be held, and the hairy crab prepared by Suzhou President @ Yiming cannot be eaten.
But no matter what, THE LONG-AWAITED NIO DAY 2021 IS ON SCHEDULE. In our Weilai discussion group, the big guys brainstormed and basically passed the PPT, which is summarized as follows:
1. 150 Battery pack price and scheduled and delivery time;
2. 1 to 2 new models launched, priced and delivered;
3. The progress of NIO's factory and the construction of neopark;
4. Product sales and community operation, NIO life;
5, NIO Power next year planning, such as five balances and four verticals and several metropolitan areas, the third generation of power stations and the new 11kW DC home charging;
6. Intelligent cockpit part: the existing vehicle and machine upgrade plan, the progress of NAD and the planning of Aspen, etc.

2. How much does ET5 sell?
Now is the time to focus on the discussion, especially in the pricing of the new CAR ET5.
Originally, everyone thought that this price would be set in the countdown to the press conference for half an hour. As a result, some people familiar with the matter said that in fact, it will be fixed in the last two minutes before the press conference, and then modify the PPT.
"Just ask if you sweat."
As for the price, they discussed that there were three prices. The first gear starts at 308,000, the second gear starts at 328,000, and the third starts at 348,000.
As for the reason for this pricing, they all remember that Li Bin or Li Hong said before that Weilai will not produce a single motor, and will not produce a car less than 300,000.
On the other hand, we believe that from the point of view of "based on NT2.0", the current ET7 is equipped with "the world's farthest-looking and clearest mass-produced lidar", 11 4K cameras in the whole vehicle, and the calculation scheme of 1016 TOPS hashrate... And so on, the automatic driving hardware configuration will most likely be equipped with ET5.
They also confidently believe that the ET5 will beat the current similar models after the launch, including but not limited to the Model 3, P7, Han and so on.
What needs to be added is that @ battery is not fat, firmly believe that the price will not go to the level of 308,000, otherwise it will be reduced, which is not the tone of Weilai.
Last night, I carefully compared the price difference between ES8 and ES6, and then referred to the price system of ET7, and revised that the starting price of ET5 would be 338,000; the signed version (100 kWh version) might be 438,000. (The mantissa will never be 0.68, there is a certain probability that it will be XX.6)

Third, sub-brands and NIO Power
Whether the sub-brand will be officially announced tomorrow night is another key point of discussion.
As early as August, Li Bin said that Weilai was preparing to launch a sub-brand, and the core team had even been formed. Rumor has it that the person in charge is Ai Tiecheng of the former wework, and the internal code name is the name of a mountain.
Judging from the information currently revealed, the positioning of this sub-brand will be lower than that of the NIO brand.
Li Bin's previous statement in the Q2 financial report was:
"They won't get into the range of Wuling Hongguang, they've done a very good job." What the market lacks is a very competitive product at a mainstream price point, hoping to have a lower price than Tesla, to provide better products and services, "much better" products and services."
In this way, the price of sub-brand models should be within 250,000, which may be a single motor, but also has many functions of NAD.
In our group, the most important thing that everyone cares about is whether the sub-brand car can be replaced?
The more unanimous view is that yes! Because you can't change the electricity, it's not Wei lai. But the sub-brand will most likely not be a free battery replacement.
Everyone thinks that the more reasonable way is that there are two times a month that only charge electricity and do not charge service fees, and then the power exchange needs to pay the full amount; if it is on the highway, the power exchange should pay the full amount, that is, the electricity fee + service fee.
In addition, when it comes to power exchange, it is natural to have more reverie for NIO Power.
For example, the third generation of the power station is online, two parking spaces + 25 batteries? For example, 800V high voltage fast charge? However, the fast charge was quickly killed by the group of friends, thinking that it would not come out so quickly.
Another is from the 75kWh ternary iron lithium hybrid battery, thinking that Weilai will not talk about 150 kWh solid-state batteries this year, but will launch a 105 kWh ternary iron lithium hybrid battery.
