Don't underestimate it, this small shop called "Big Suit" has been open for more than 20 years, and it is a veritable old brand in the eyes of Gaoming Neighborhood.
After crossing the old bridge of Sanzhou Bridge, you can see a house with the words "Big Suit Sachima" written on the door in white on a red background. There is no counter, an old-fashioned wooden table is filled with different portions of Sachima, and the price is pasted on red paper in front of the table. The rest of the room is where Sachima is made.

The clever suit Sachima was created in the 1970s and has a history of 40 years.
If you hear the name "Big Suit" for the first time, it's hard to associate it with Sachima. It turned out that "Big Suit" was the nickname of the 80-year-old boss Luo Jinrong.
Rob said that because he always liked to comb a suit head when he was young (that is, to comb his hair all the way back), the director of the supply and marketing agency at that time called him a "big suit", and the neighbors in the back of the house also called it. Later, when the store was opened, it was named after this funny name.

Sachima is one of the few preserved Manchu foods today, brought in by the Manchus of the Qing Dynasty when they entered the customs, and later developed to cantonese people who drink tea and like to use it as a snack to accompany tea. The Sachima craft of the big suit was handed down from the pastry chefs in the tea house and is still handmade in the traditional way.

Rob's daughter, Fenjie, a descendant of the traditional Sachima production, said that to make a delicious Sachima, boiling sugar is very critical, the sugar is too old or too tender, Sachima is easy to disperse, and affect the taste. At the same time, we must also master the sweetness, and the more sugar is made, the more Sachima is too sweet. Rob said that the best Sachima is crisp and soft in the mouth, the egg flavor is strong, not too sweet, and the Sachima, which is still hot soon after coming out of the pot, is the most delicious.
Now the "big suit" can make about 3,000 pieces of Sachima a day, basically sold out on the same day.
