The "Five Advances" activity of the intangible cultural heritage "The Legend of Xu Shen" was launched

On the afternoon of October 10, the launching ceremony of the "five advances" activity of "The Legend of Xu Shen", a piano book sponsored by the Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism and undertaken by the Municipal Cultural Center, was held in the Yellow River Square.

The instrumental ensemble "Birds and Phoenixes" kicked off the event. Subsequently, wonderful programs such as the Qinshu "The Story of Xu Shen's Explanation of Words", "The Legend of the Red Boat Spirit from Generation to Generation", and "Wen Deyu Worship Xu Shen of Zhixian County" were staged one after another. Programs such as Qinshu, Henan Pendant, Yue Tune, Yu Opera and Solo of Characteristic Instruments made the performance climax, and the audience applauded continuously.

In 2015, the project "The Legend of Xu Shen" was included in the fourth batch of provincial intangible cultural heritage representative projects in Henan Province. In recent years, in order to better protect, inherit and develop the project, the Municipal Cultural Center has established a complete archive for the project, recorded the project documentary, compiled the book "The Legend of Xu Shen", held lectures, public welfare classes, etc., continuously expanded the scope of non-genetic inheritance, and enhanced the influence of the project.
