His 73-year-old mother, Tang Mou, saw this scene and thought of his son's attitude towards himself, his late wife and children, and his various scoldings to his family, and in his righteous indignation, he found a rope and strangled him around the neck of his drunken son.

Tang's resentment towards his son also began with the death of his old partner. When his wife was sick in bed, Qin did not take out a penny to treat his father, and even when his father was dying, he still did not take care of the service, which made Tang feel cold. After the death of his father, Qin Mou was even more unrestrained, and his alcoholism and beatings became more and more serious.

Later, Tang went back to his hometown in Sichuan alone for 8 years, and then went to Guangzhou to help his daughter with more than a year of children, during which he went directly to his daughter-in-law's help phone, saying that Qin mou beat people at every turn after drinking. This time, Tang Mou specially came from Guangzhou to Jiaxing, and originally wanted to live with his children and grandchildren for a period of time and then return to his hometown for the New Year, but he never expected that he would kill his son with his own hands just a few days after he came.

The court trial found that Qin's wife and children had long been intolerable to his long-term drunkenness and frequent abuse and beating of his family, and he had always felt afraid and helpless for Qin, and Tang was completely intolerable to his son before he moved to kill. "This is for the sake of your mother and son's future stability", after the incident, Tang and his family firmly believed that only killing Qin was the only choice to get out of the nightmare of domestic violence. When Qin's daughter was investigated, she said: "If it is not really desperate, how can my grandmother go down and kill my father..." After the incident, the family requested that Tang be dealt with lightly.

On June 12, the case was heard at the Xiuzhou District Court. In court, Tang confessed to his criminal behavior, and the defender also showed the understanding of his relatives and requested the court to give the defendant a lenient punishment.

When the prosecutor of the Xiuzhou District Procuratorate issued a public prosecution opinion, he said that a large amount of evidence showed that Qin Mou could not bear the basic responsibilities of the family in peacetime, and his relationship with his family was not harmonious, and he had a long history of alcoholism and domestic violence, which could be described as a bad deed, which seriously affected the normal life of other members of the family. Tang Mou faced Qin Mou's various evil deeds caused by the long-term accumulation of negative emotions, and broke out in anger for a while, causing this tragedy, and her behavior was indeed pitiful. In view of the various circumstances of the case, the procurator proposed in court that Tang mou could be given a lighter punishment. The procurator's words frequently nodded to the crowd, and Tang Mou burst into tears after listening.

A few days ago, the Xiuzhou District Court adopted the opinion of the procuratorial organ and sentenced Tang to four years' imprisonment for intentional homicide in the first trial, but Tang did not appeal, and the judgment has now taken effect.
