Liu Bang knew that these people were indeed Ji Xin's sons and nephews, but he thought that he had established Ji Xin's "loyal" image, but still no one was willing to come out and join the army, it seemed that they had done useless work, then there was no need to seal these people's officials, so Liu Bang drove them out. Fortunately, Liu Bang did not withdraw the establishment of Anhan County, and his administrative office was located on the banks of the Jialing River, which was not changed to Nanchong until the time of Emperor Wen of Sui.
Interestingly, when Wang Mang was in the new dynasty, he was afraid of the county's "An Han", so it was changed to "An Xin". However, his "new" did not settle down, and rebellions rose up everywhere, and later Gongsun Shu occupied Chengdu as emperor, and the name of the country he established was "Cheng", but he did not change An Han to "An Cheng".
It was not until 45 AD that Liu Xiu reincorporated Bashu into the national map and restored Anxin County to Anhan County.
