That is, during his work in Shanghai, Qin Bangli unexpectedly met Chen Yun and others, when Chen Yun was the head of the central special section, and then under the introduction of Chen Yun and others, Qin Bangli officially joined the Communist Party of China.

In 1948, the Hong Kong China Resources Company was listed, and Qin Bangli naturally became the general manager, and the company also secretly escorted patriotic democrats north and made many contributions to the Liberation War.

After the founding of the People's Republic of China, Comrade Qin Bangli successively served as director of the Planning Bureau of the Ministry of Foreign Trade of the CPC Central Committee and executive deputy director of the State Foreign Economic Liaison Committee.
The eldest son is Qin Fuquan, born in 1929, who served as a mechanic at the Three Aviation Schools of Zhouzhou City, and was transferred to the Northern Wilderness to work as a farmer during the Anti-Rightist Movement in 1958, and later he was awarded the title of engineer.
