The three great leaders of the Red Army period: the chairman of the youth, the prime minister and Bogu

Zhou Enlai, Mao Zedong and Bogu

This is a very rare photograph of the three supreme leaders of the Red Army period, namely Zhou Enlai, Mao Zedong and Bogu (Qin Bangxian).

Bogu was a highly qualified student who returned from studying in the Soviet Union and once served as the top official of the Provisional Central Committee. But at the Zunyi Conference, he was terminated from the supreme leadership and replaced by Zhang Wentian, who also returned from the Soviet Union. Bogu was a revolutionary who was loyal to the party and of high moral character, and after the "Zunyi Conference" he was still one of the main leaders of the party and remained in the Politburo. In 1946, Bogu was killed in the "Black Tea Mountain Air Disaster".

Zhou Enlai was one of the "three-man regiment", but at the "Zunyi Conference", he supported Mao Zedong's return to military command posts and willingly served as Mao Zedong's assistant, making great contributions to establishing Mao Zedong's highest leadership position in the party.

And Mao Zedong also regained military command at the "Zunyi Conference" and thus led the Red Army out of the predicament. This photo is a group photo of the three people of the Red Army after they came out of the predicament.
