The Jing'an District Safety Culture Education Experience Center welcomed nearly 200 teachers and students from Qiujiang Road Kindergarten to visit and study in batches. The colorful simulation scenes and rich interactive experiences in the museum allow the children to realize the importance of disaster prevention and mitigation in a relaxed and happy atmosphere, and initially master the basic disaster prevention and risk avoidance skills.

During the event, the lecturer of the center combined with the public welfare promotional video of Shanghai's 2024 "5.12" National Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Day and the "Reference for the Preparation of Emergency Plans for Grassroots Emergencies in Shanghai", and explained the handling of emergencies such as electric vehicle fires, gas leaks, elevator failures, and strong convective weather in a multi-directional, multi-angle and multi-level manner. The staff of the neighborhood committees of Caojiadu Street, the disaster information officer of the North Station Street and the residents of the Sanshengli residential area actively participated in it.
Through the professional explanation and operation demonstration of the teachers of the center, everyone not only understood the basic knowledge of disaster prevention and risk avoidance, but also learned how to save themselves and each other in emergencies, and effectively improved their ability to deal with emergencies.
