Jin Wenxiu gave special guidance on the theme of "High-quality Judicial Services for the High-quality Development of the Private Economy", and shared five aspects: the situation of enterprise-related cases, the analysis of the causes of disputes in private enterprises, the main measures of judicial services in district courts, compliance management suggestions and litigation source governance. Based on the adjudication function of grassroots courts, the sharing comprehensively analyzed the common legal risks in the operation of private enterprises, put forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions, and called on all sectors of society to perform their duties and work together to form a general pattern of litigation source governance of "party committee leadership, government leadership, multi-party participation, judicial promotion, and rule of law guarantee", promote the substantive resolution of the source of enterprise-related disputes, and escort the stable and healthy development of private enterprises.
