The acceptance committee carefully inspected the completion of the on-site project, watched the image data of the project construction, listened to the report of the project legal person, design, supervision, construction, quality supervision agency, and operation management unit, consulted the project construction data, and formed the "Completion Acceptance Appraisal of the Rongshui River Treatment Project in Wen County, Jiaozuo City" after careful questioning and discussion.
The treatment area of the Rongshui River River Treatment Project in Wenxian County is 15.55 km from the junction of Wenqin in the west to the entrance of the meandering river in the southeast of Nanquhe Village in the east. The main construction contents include 15.55 km of river dredging, 12.2 km of embankment reinforcement, 2.39 km of concrete road at the top of the embankment, reconstruction of 13 production bridges, 3 new control gates and ditch culvert gates, repair of one control gate and slope protection, etc. The total investment approved is about 21 million yuan. After the implementation of the project, the flood control standard of the Rongshu River has reached the five-year level, which further improves the disaster prevention and mitigation capacity of the northwest region of Wenxian County, and lays the foundation for accelerating the ecological protection and high-quality development of the county.
In the next step, the Wenxian Water Conservancy Bureau will take this acceptance as an opportunity to further improve the relevant information and archiving work of the participating units; Strengthen daily maintenance and management, further implement the main body of flood control responsibility, strengthen project safety monitoring, and ensure the safety of project operation; Improve the safety protection measures at the top of the embankment, set up warning signs, and strengthen the maintenance and management of green trees on both sides of the river; Handle asset transfer procedures in a timely manner, give full play to the benefits of the project, and build a river network with higher quality interconnection, smooth drainage and drainage, clear water and green banks, and beautiful ecology.
