Fuxing Avenue Municipal Engineering Project is the main road connecting the north-south traffic of Fengdong New Town in Xixian New District, with a total length of 3.5 kilometers and 8 lanes in both directions, with a single road width of 30 meters and a central green corridor of 70 meters wide, including the central green corridor and underground space.
Fuxing Avenue is an important artery connecting the "leading axis of scientific and technological innovation" in Greater Xi'an, connecting Metro Line 1 to the north, Metro Line 16 in the middle, and Metro Line 5 to the south.

The intelligent sensor industry base of the automatic control institute is located in the west of Xizhou Avenue and the north of Wenxuan 4th Road, covering an area of 60 acres, with a total construction area of 117,800 square meters, a total investment of 1.21 billion yuan, and 7 buildings are planned to be constructed. Focusing on the development layout of "1 center + 1 base", the project will build the only and domestic first-class MEMS R&D process platform in the aviation industry system, and build a R&D and industrialization base for aviation intelligent sensing products.
After the completion of the project, it will focus on the R&D and production of fiber optic gyroscopes and microsystems in the field of inertial sensing, with an estimated cumulative output value of more than 8 billion yuan in five years, the introduction of more than 500 high-tech talents, and the comprehensive acceleration of the gathering of regional intelligent perception enterprises, the creation of intelligent perception industry chain clusters, and the strong drive to the coordinated development of relevant industrial chain supporting enterprises in the region. U PARK ABP is located in the south of Kunming 1st Road, north of Kunming 2nd Road and east of Fuxing Avenue, with a planned total construction area of about 210,000 square meters, including a super high-rise Grade A office building, two high-rise Grade A office buildings, two LOFT buildings and three single-family garden office buildings.
