In order to implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important exposition on paying attention to the construction of family education and family style, and to promote family education with the sense of community of the Chinese nation as the main line, it is also a specific practice to implement the requirements of the All-China Women's Federation's "Notice on Carrying out the 2024 Family Style and Family Education Theme Publicity Month Activities". On the afternoon of May 10, 2024, the Sanshundian Community of Tongdao Street, together with the Family Work Service Center of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, the Women's Federation of Huimin District, Yingfangdao Hui Primary School, and the Mingyin Social Work Service Center of Xincheng District, jointly held the theme activity of "Advantageous Education Makes Children Work Harder".
In this activity, Wang Haimei, a lecturer of the Community Parent School of the Women's Federation of the Autonomous Region and a member of the "Happy Star" Family Education Lecturer Group of the Women's Federation of the Autonomous Region, was invited to give a lecture. Focusing on the concept of advantage education, the benefits of advantage education, and the practice of advantage education, Mr. Wang provides targeted guidance to parents on how to carry out advantage education. As parents, we often focus on making up for our children's shortcomings, ignoring the importance of developing our children's strengths. As parents, can we help our children do something groundbreaking – a different way of thinking that puts the best in them and helps them bring out their unique strengths? From focusing on children's shortcomings and correcting mistakes, the educational concept has been transformed into a new educational concept that helps children see their own strengths, pays attention to children's strengths, and creates more situations and opportunities for children to give full play to their strengths.
In the future, the Sanshundian Community Women's Federation will continue to pay attention to family education, learn family education, be the first teacher of children, deal with possible confusion and challenges with children, grow together, and meet the best of us.
