In order to improve the school's ability to deal with emergencies and students' ability to prevent various safety accidents, and further strengthen school safety work, on the afternoon of April 25, 2024, Haosheng Junior High School and the 9958 emergency rescue team carried out an emergency response drill to prevent drowning.
In this activity, the coach of the rescue team explained to the students the relevant knowledge of self-rescue and rescue, and that saving people also needs to be carried out on the premise of ensuring their own safety first, and minors cannot rush into the water to rescue. At the same time, some efficient and safe rescue methods were also popularized to the students, and the specific operation methods of artificial respiration were demonstrated to the students.
Through this activity, the students learned about the knowledge of drowning prevention, understood the hazards of drowning, and further improved the students' awareness of drowning prevention and the ability to identify dangers, emergency avoidance, distress escape, self-protection and self-rescue, and rescue drowning personnel, and achieved a good educational effect.
