Then, individual self-study was organized in various ministries, focusing on the important speeches of General Secretary Xi Jinping, the Party Central Committee and the Ministry of Emergency Management, the National Fire and Rescue Administration, the spirit of the relevant meetings on party discipline learning and education, and the important meetings of emergency management, as well as the latest important documents and laws and regulations of the superiors, and carefully took notes to understand the essence of the spirit.
