Zhu Yubing: The construction of Tiankai Park is an important measure for the Tianjin Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government to thoroughly implement the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development strategy and promote the development of new quality productive forces. Since the opening of the park on May 18 last year, we have coordinated the promotion of the development layout of "one core, two wings and multiple points", formulated and introduced 34 exclusive support policies, created a high-quality service system of "government affairs, science and technology, finance, business and knowledge", introduced 225 science and technology and financial service institutions, and cashed out 236 million yuan of policy funds, at present, there are more than 1,600 registered enterprises in the park, and the cumulative investment and loans of enterprises have reached 333 million yuan. Li Jing: In recent years, Nankai District has been deeply engaged in the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei with the strength of the whole region, and we have established special work classes, formulated task objectives, and built a good pattern of "promoting projects with resources and strengthening enterprises with projects". Beijing-Tianjin Zhongguancun Science and Technology City will build a Zhongguancun-like industrial ecosystem in three aspects

Wang Hao: As we all know, Beijing Zhongguancun has always been the most dynamic highland of science and technology innovation in China, which is also due to the construction of Zhongguancun's industrial ecosystem. As the first asset-heavy investment project of Beijing Zhongguancun outside Beijing, Beijing-Tianjin Zhongguancun Science and Technology City is indeed as the reporter just said, it has unique advantages in building and introducing a Zhongguancun-like industrial ecosystem, and we mainly focus on three aspects to build a Zhongguancun-like industrial ecosystem.

Since 2014, the science and technology departments of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei have taken the lead in carrying out innovation and collaboration in the field of basic research, successively focusing on the fields of "environmental impact of South-to-North Water Diversion", "Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei integrated transportation", "intelligent manufacturing" and "precision medicine", and have implemented a total of 177 special projects for Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei basic research cooperation, with support funds of more than 8,600 yuan, and the project results have been applied in related fields. The Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Life and Health Advanced Manufacturing Cluster has been approved as a national advanced manufacturing cluster, becoming the only cross-provincial joint advanced manufacturing cluster in China. Li Jing: In 2023, we will build TFI Higher Education Science and Technology Innovation Park with high standards, promote the linkage between enterprises in the district and Beijing and Hebei to achieve the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, and export 655 projects in Beijing and Hebei, with a technology transaction volume of 1.245 billion yuan. It has absorbed 140 projects in Beijing, with a technology transaction volume of 1.542 billion yuan, ranking second in the city. Promote 39 cooperation projects between enterprises in our district and Beijing and Hebei, including 23 cooperation projects with enterprises in Beijing and 16 cooperation projects with enterprises in Hebei Province.

Tonight's report: Beijing-Tianjin Zhongguancun Science and Technology City, as a key platform jointly built by Beijing and Tianjin under the background of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development strategy, has a unique advantage in undertaking the transformation of Beijing's scientific and technological achievements.

Wang Hao: The R&D and transformation of scientific and technological achievements in Beijing and Tianjin is a systematic project, and Baodi District and Beijing-Tianjin Zhongguancun Science and Technology City have been making use of our advantages in transportation space, factor cost, and scenes, and are trying to explore effective ways of "Beijing R&D and Tianjin transformation", and we mainly do some exploration in three aspects.

The first aspect is to play the main role of the enterprise. It should be said that since the development and construction of the Science and Technology City, a number of high-quality enterprises in Beijing have been introduced, which have brought their own traffic and brought a lot of scientific research achievements of Beijing universities to be transformed and landed in the Science and Technology City, such as Hezhong Huineng and Haidite New Materials, which have transformed the scientific research achievements of Tsinghua University, University of Science and Technology Beijing and other universities. At the same time, while giving full play to the main role of enterprises in innovation, we also actively help enterprises to connect with the resources of universities and research institutes in Beijing. Not long ago, we helped several enterprises in the Science and Technology City, such as SIASUN Robot, Actually Home Smart Logistics Base, and Sinnet Project, to connect with the School of Computer Science of Peking University, and did a very in-depth industry-university-research docking in artificial intelligence, artificial vision, intelligent storage, intelligent logistics, etc., and also reached a preliminary cooperation intention.

Second, we should actively bring into play the role of the Beijing Courtyard and the Great Institute. At present, the Science and Technology City has landed on platforms such as the headquarters of the Tianjin Branch of Peking University Science and Technology Park, the pilot base of the Bauhinia Innovation Institute of Tsinghua University, and the UAV Innovation Center of the University of Science and Technology Beijing. Since the beginning of this year, we have also been improving the quality and efficiency of these platforms to better play the docking role of these platforms. At the same time, we will actively promote the quality and efficiency of the national metrology inspection and testing platform jointly built by Beijing Institute of Metrology and Tianjin Institute of Metrology, and gather more innovative resource elements.

The third aspect is to rely on this in-depth cooperation model with Beijing Zhongguancun. We have actively introduced specialized parks in Zhongguancun, Beijing, and in particular, attracted these specialized parks to set up branches in the Science and Technology City. At present, Beijing Zhongguancun's medical device park has been built in the science and technology city of the construction of a branch, last year to achieve completion acceptance, the initial more than 20 projects have been signed and landed. It should be said that these specialized parks in Zhongguancun in Beijing are enriched with a large number of talents and technologies, and many start-up teams are growing in these specialized parks in Zhongguancun, Beijing.
