There are problems in the clinical application of biological drugs, such as low efficiency, poor targeting, and limited biocompatibility. In this project, the phage display technology was innovatively used for the screening of exosome-anchored peptides, and a new method for exosome functionalization and capture based on anchored peptides was created. A series of tissue-targeting peptides were obtained by combining the created tissue in vivo section platform with phage display technology, which provided a new vector for targeted drug delivery for locomotor system genetic diseases and liver cancer. From the perspective of energy metabolism and stem cell proliferation and differentiation to promote nucleic acid drug uptake, a hypothesis was proposed and verified that nutrients can promote drug transport and uptake through metabolic capacity and muscle stem cell proliferation and differentiation. A new theory was established that hexose and glycine could be used as "non-classical" drug delivery vehicles.

In view of the bottleneck of high energy consumption, serious secondary pollution and low conversion efficiency in the traditional tar treatment process, tar microwave cracking technology and equipment were developed to achieve low energy consumption, clean and high-efficiency tar cracking conversion. In order to solve the problems of low calorific value, variable composition and impurity of biogas, and the instability of combustion caused by impurities, and the difficulty of controlling pollutants, flameless combustion technology and equipment with fuel adaptability were developed to realize the clean and stable combustion of biogas. In view of the source control requirements of the gasification process and the scientific design requirements of advanced gasification combustion devices, a system evaluation and optimization software was developed to achieve accurate adaptation to the preparation of multi-source biogas.
