Among them, the investment of 600 million yuan in Zhongyu Jiangxin vehicle parts intelligent project, covering an area of 70 acres, the investment intensity of about 8.57 million yuan/mu, the investment of 500 million yuan in Shandong Zhongchen new energy vehicle electric drive system project, covering an area of 70 acres, the investment intensity of about 7.14 million yuan/mu.
From the perspective of industrial category and scale, it is mainly concentrated in the two major fields of automobile industry and new material industry, with a total of 8 projects and an investment of 2.956 billion yuan. Among them, there are 5 automobile industry chain projects with an investment of 1.6 billion yuan, including the second phase of Lingong Intelligent Equipment Industrial Park with an investment of 1.1 billion yuan, and 3 new material industry projects, which have landed in Diaozhen Chemical Industrial Park with an investment of 1.356 billion yuan, mainly including Zhongzhi Kechuang Biotechnology Project with an investment of 650 million yuan and Mingquan Green and Efficient Fertilizer Industry Chain Project with an investment of 526 million yuan.
From the perspective of project quality, adhere to the high-quality orientation, accelerate the cultivation and development of new quality productivity, and create a "new engine" for development. With an investment of 600 million yuan, Zhongyu Jiangxin vehicle parts intelligent project will be newly produced with the Shanghai Laser Institute of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and Geshi, Italy, and a new generation of laser composite robot welding production line, and the Shandong Zhongchen new energy vehicle electric drive system project with an investment of 500 million yuan, mainly producing new axial magnetic field motors, low, and high-speed electric drive systems, motor controllers and other products, realizing a breakthrough in the layout of the "three electrics" system of new energy vehicles in the park.
From the perspective of the development of the chain group, it is mainly to further promote industrial agglomeration and create a safe and stable industrial chain around the leading and strong supporting facilities. Based on the leading position of Sinotruk, Chongqing Yahua commercial vehicle parts supporting project mainly produces gas storage cylinders and axle heads for Sinotruk commercial vehicles, and Shandong East Railway Beituo Auto Parts Project mainly produces dashboards and other interior parts for Sinotruk; Based on local enterprises, Mingquan Group's green and efficient fertilizer industry chain project is a project to extend the chain and strengthen the chain on the basis of the original industry.
