This year's National Energy Conservation Publicity Week is from May 13 to 19, and the National Low Carbon Day is May 15. The theme of this year's National Energy Conservation Publicity Week is "Green Transformation, Energy Conservation", and the theme of the National Low Carbon Day is "Green and Low-Carbon, Beautiful China".
During the activity, the staff set up publicity tables, put up posters, distributed publicity materials such as green travel, garbage classification, water conservation, reduction of plastic use, resource conservation, and other promotional materials and environmentally friendly shopping bags, explained the common sense of energy conservation in daily life to the citizens participating in the activity, and mobilized citizens to actively participate in low-carbon consumption reduction through knowledge quizzes and other forms, so as to further promote the implementation of the concept of green life.
"Through this activity, I have gained a lot of knowledge, such as garbage classification and electricity conservation." Citizen Liu Wenhui said.
The event attracted the active participation of the masses, with more than 20,000 copies of publicity materials distributed and more than 2,000 consultations received.
"In the next step, we will also carry out a series of activities, such as energy conservation and carbon reduction into schools, communities, etc., through such a series of activities, we will guide the public to actively practice a green and ecological lifestyle, and create a good atmosphere for everyone to participate in energy conservation and carbon reduction."
