Through Douyin, short videos of recruitment information are released to help enterprises expand the scope of recruitment, improve recruitment efficiency, and at the same time show the corporate image and attract more outstanding talents to join. Up to now, the Industrial Service Center of the Development Zone has filmed 70 recruitment and corporate promotional videos for Tangyin County's 2024 "Spring Breeze Action" and Spring Warm Migrant Workers' On-site Job Fair, "Lantern Festival" Special Job Fair, Anjing Food, Jiashili Food, New Oriental Food, Ganyuan Food, Golden Lily Biology and other enterprises in the Development Zone, and the video views of Douyin account are 10 million+. A number of companies have successfully recruited suitable employees through video publicity, such as Henan Shihua Food Co., Ltd.'s recruitment short video released on Douyin, the number of views reached nearly 80,000 in just a few hours, and the company's personnel consultation calls are also overwhelming.
