In 2023, the Hongxing Village Collective Economic Organization mobilized the villagers and absorbed market entities to jointly raise 1.3 million yuan to establish a mixed-ownership company controlled by the village collective, Kaiyang Zeyu Agricultural Development Co., Ltd., to purchase 11 agricultural machinery devices and carry out agricultural machinery socialization services.
