"Due to the limited space to expand the cultivated area, the potential for increasing grain production is mainly in increasing yields. It is understood that Jiamusi is the earliest area for the manufacture and application of agricultural machinery in the mainland, where the first combine harvester and the first wheeled tractor in New China were produced. After more than 70 years of development, it has now formed more than 80 series of agricultural machinery products in seven categories, mainly power machinery and harvesting machinery, supplemented by rubber tracks, grain pickers, hydraulic parts and other supporting products, and is the most complete area of agricultural machinery supporting industries in Heilongjiang Province.

Cong Li introduced that on the basis of in-depth research and in-depth planning, Jiamusi has determined the development goal of focusing on promoting the mechanization of rice, corn and soybean production and concentrating superior resources to build "one park, five bases and one center". "One park" is to build an agricultural machinery and equipment industrial park in Jiamusi High-tech Industrial Development Zone with high standards, and build a space carrier that gathers scientific and technological research and development, complete machine production and parts matching; The "five bases" are driven by the Jiamusi Agricultural Machinery and Equipment Industrial Park to build an internationally renowned harvesting machinery production base, a well-known domestic sowing machinery production base, a power machinery production base, a plant protection machinery production base, and a well-known land preparation machinery production base in the province; "One center" is to coordinate and promote the construction of a service center integrating R&D, testing, promotion and certification, optimize the industrial ecology in an all-round way, so as to form a 10-billion-level agricultural machinery industry chain group, build about 10 high-horsepower high-end intelligent agricultural machinery promotion and application benchmarks of more than 10,000 acres, and become a first-class demonstration area for the R&D, manufacturing, promotion and application of high-horsepower high-end intelligent agricultural machinery equipment in China.

In recent years, Jiamusi has been unswervingly promoting the innovation of the agricultural machinery and equipment industry, establishing the agricultural machinery industry as the "No. 1 project" personally grasped by the secretary of the municipal party committee, and striving to build the whole industrial chain of agricultural machinery. And set up a special agricultural machinery industry development office to provide one-to-one services to agricultural machinery enterprises, so that they can concentrate on development.
Cong Li introduced that Jiamusi focuses on promoting the following aspects of work in the development of agricultural machinery industry.
The first is to continue to make efforts in the gradient cultivation of agricultural machinery enterprises. Jiamusi actively introduces leading enterprises outside the province, focuses on supporting local high-growth enterprises, promotes them to connect with funds, scientific research institutes and leading enterprises, boosts their rapid growth, and becomes the main force driving the transformation and upgrading of Jiamusi's agricultural machinery industry.
The second is to continue to make efforts in the upgrading of science and technology empowerment industries. Jiamusi through the organization of agricultural machinery enterprises and China Academy of Agricultural Machinery Engineering Sciences, China Agricultural University, Northeast Forestry University, Heilongjiang Provincial Academy of Agricultural Machinery Engineering Sciences and other universities and research institutes to carry out cooperation, the city's agricultural machinery field has established 3 provincial industrial technology research institutes, 7 provincial engineering technology research centers, 1 scientist studio, 1 key laboratory.
The third is to continue to make efforts in the development of the regional agricultural machinery market. Jiamusi is located in the center of the urban agglomeration in the eastern part of Heilongjiang, with a total area of more than 50 million mu of cultivated land in and around the region, and is a large agricultural machinery consumption terminal market and an important agricultural machinery product distribution center in China. Nowadays, Jiamusi City is actively promoting the large-scale replacement of old agricultural machinery, and mobilizing the enthusiasm of new agricultural operators to update and apply large-scale, high-end, intelligent and green agricultural machinery.

"The degree of agricultural mechanization in our country needs to be improved, the supply of large-scale high-end intelligent agricultural machinery products is insufficient, and the key technologies and core components are still controlled by others, which restricts the high-quality development of our agriculture." Cong Li said worriedly.
To this end, she proposed that in order to take the lead in realizing agricultural modernization, Jiamusi must make greater efforts in the high-end intelligence of agricultural machinery.
She believes that to speed up the completion of the shortcomings of agricultural machinery and equipment, and achieve a breakthrough in high-horsepower high-end intelligent agricultural machinery, first, it is necessary to solve the problem of "stuck neck" of key technologies; Second, it is necessary to solve the problem of intelligence, strengthen scientific and technological support, and demonstrate the use of intelligent technology; Third, it is necessary to solve the problem of greening, develop electric agricultural machinery and equipment, and reduce production costs and operating costs.
It is based on this that the development of Jiamusi agricultural machinery industry focuses on "high-end intelligence", which is to improve the research and development capacity of agricultural machinery and equipment through the in-depth implementation of innovation drive.
