The International Transport Expo (IAA) in Hannover, Germany, is an international platform leading in the field of logistics and transportation, showcasing the leading technologies of commercial vehicles in the world, including commercial vehicles, buses, trucks, heavy-duty vehicles and their accessories, attracting more than 2,000 companies from more than 50 countries and regions.
The International Transport Fair (IAA) in Hannover is also the most important global forum for discussing the most important topics for the future of the commercial vehicle industry. Exhibitors from all over the world will present technological innovations in the freight and passenger transport sector as well as commercial vehicle and bus manufacturers and their suppliers and technology companies, service providers, micromobility, logistics service providers, freight forwarding information technology companies, the federal government, German state, state and regional authorities will enable cross-industry exchanges during the trade fair to explore new products, new technologies, e-mobility, hydrogen, last mile, urban logistics, autonomous driving, charging infrastructure, transport services and artificial intelligence solutions.
In September 2024, Hanyang Special Purpose Vehicle Research Institute will organize a visit to the Hannover International Transportation Fair (IAA) in Germany to inspect the development status of the European industry. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

1. Visit the Hannover International Transportation Fair in Germany;
2. Visit European commercial (specialized) automobile companies and conduct technical exchanges.
3. How to register
1. Please fill in Appendix 1 and send the electronic version to the contact person [email protected]'s mailbox after signing and sealing, and the registration fee for this event is 20,000 yuan/person (the registration fee will be deducted from the total cost when the final payment is made);
2. Registration deadline: June 30, 2024. Enterprises and individuals who intend to participate should register as soon as possible (if you are going abroad with an official passport, please be sure to indicate in advance when registering).
Fourth, the cost of the activity
1. Total cost: It is estimated to be about 39,800 yuan/person, subject to the final charge notice. (Including visa fees, translation fees, business invitation letters, domestic concentration, international round-trip air tickets, transportation, accommodation and other expenses during the European period);
2. Application fee: 20,000 RMB/person (deductible total fee), to be paid within 5 working days after submitting Attachment 1. The final payment must be made 15 days prior to departure. Invoices will be issued about a week after the group returns to China;
3. Enterprises that are unable to travel for any reason after registration and payment will be refunded after deducting the expenses incurred.

5. Other matters
1. Please apply for a passport in advance and confirm whether the passport is valid for more than 6 months (from the date of travel from September 2024);

3. The round-trip ticket is economy class, if you need business class, please inform in advance and make up the difference;
4. The accommodation standard is a double standard room in a 4-star hotel, if you need to provide single room accommodation, please inform in advance and pay the difference in single room price.
