On April 11, the donation ceremony of the "Juvenile First Aid Officer Life Education Science and Art Exhibition" and the first aid knowledge into the campus activity were carried out in Guanlan Central School, which further guided primary and secondary school students to enhance their awareness of risk prevention around them and improve their knowledge and skills of risk prevention and first aid.
At the beginning of the activity, the students collectively watched the safety knowledge promotional video, and through the typical cases around them, they had an in-depth understanding of the safety accidents that may be encountered in daily life and the countermeasures. Subsequently, volunteers from the First People's Hospital of Honghe Prefecture and Xidu Rescue Service Center demonstrated to the students the specific operation of cardiopulmonary resuscitation, Heimlich and other first-aid methods, as well as the skills and principles of self-rescue and mutual rescue in case of disasters. They patiently and meticulously explained each step, and invited the students to come to the stage to practice the operation, so that everyone could truly master the knowledge and skills of first aid in the interaction.
During the event, the Mengzi New Union also introduced the nature, content and significance of the "Junior First Aid Officer" public welfare activity to the students, and donated more than 130 copies of the "Junior First Aid Officer Life Education Science and Art Exhibition" related science materials to the school, hoping that through these materials, more children can understand and master the knowledge of first aid and build a solid line of defense for their life safety.
