Rainbow Art Troupe Flag Presentation Ceremony
On the day of the event, the Hongkou District Rainbow Art Troupe for the Disabled was officially established. At present, the art troupe has four performance teams, including rainbow catwalk, "voice of the disabled" chorus, pantomime, and dance, and the establishment of the art troupe not only provides a platform for people with disabilities to show their talents, but also injects new vitality and impetus into the development of cultural undertakings for people with disabilities in Hongkou District.
It is reported that the holding of the "2nd Hongkou District Rainbow Cultural Festival for the Disabled" marks the official launch of the 25th "Shanghai Disability Week" series of activities in Hongkou District. During this Disability Week, the Hongkou District Disabled Persons' Federation will help people with disabilities better integrate into society and promote the high-level development of the cause of the disabled in various forms such as calligraphy and painting, Chinese culture, handicrafts, cultural experience, employment, and social participation.
