West Lake beef soup to prepare

Ingredients 150 g beef, 100 g shiitake mushrooms, 1 egg white.

Seasoning: Chopped coriander, salt, monosodium glutamate, pepper, water starch each appropriate amount.

method

1 Wash the beef, cut into small pieces, put it in a pot of cold water, after the water is boiled, remove the blood foam and fish it out; the mushrooms are destemmed, washed and diced.

2 Add enough water to boil in the pot, bring the beef and mushrooms to a boil over high heat, reduce the heat and cook for 5 minutes, add salt, pepper and MSG to adjust the taste, add water starch, pour into the soup bowl containing egg whites, stir quickly, make the egg whites fly flocculent, sprinkle with chopped coriander.
