In fact, the entire construction stage of the Anyan project is in the epidemic period, Qin Lin introduced that all the cameras of the project, including the transmission line layout points, are multi-faceted, covering more than 2,000 points in Sichuan, Chongqing and Yunnan, and the amount of work is huge.

"There are 13 kinds of automatic identification systems in the Anyan project, several of which are the first AI recognition methods we have in China for the characteristics of the petroleum industry, which is equivalent to the development and application of new technologies," Qin Lin said, the whole process requires a large number of samples for analysis, in order to improve the recognition efficiency, the project team designed a lot of sample information on the spot, especially under complex conditions, and constantly carried out model training. According to statistics, a total of more than 120 GB of video data from 13 scenes, more than 140 training pictures were cleaned, 1,780 iterations were completed, and more than 20,000 optimization algorithms were optimized, and the recognition accuracy increased from less than 20% at the beginning of trial operation to 90.2% at present.

Since the trial operation of the Anyan Project, for the production and construction site of Southwest Oil and Gas Field Company, the reporting and disposal time of violations has been increased from daily and weekly to minute, which provides a solid technical guarantee for timely correction of violations and prevention of accidents.

The real-time capture, intelligent identification and active early warning of on-site violations also greatly save supervision human resources, improve the quality and efficiency of supervision, effectively prevent and control safety risks, and implement electronic sand table to perceive risks and optimize personnel deployment. At 9 a.m. on December 14, 2023, the annual natural gas output of Southwest Oil and Gas Field Company exceeded 40 billion cubic meters, reaching 40,000.1 million cubic meters. This is another milestone after the annual natural gas production exceeded 30 billion cubic meters in 2020, marking the official completion of the first atmospheric area with an annual output of 40 billion cubic meters in the southwest of the mainland. Conventional gas, shale gas, and tight gas go hand in hand, running at a new speed.

The production growth momentum of Southwest Oil and Gas Field Company is strong, and various gas fields are staging a big scene of natural gas development. According to Qin Lin, since the launch of the Anyan project, it has been fully applied to the production site and construction site of Southwest Oil and Gas Field Company, "At the peak, the company had more than 200 project teams operating at the same time.

The Tieshanpo gas field is a typical case. The Tieshanpo ultra-high sulfur gas field, which is built according to the standard of "one gas field, one control center", makes full use of the safety management and control system of the Anyan project, and has developed an advanced industrial automatic control system to carry out centralized monitoring, control and scheduling management of the production and operation data of the entire gas field, and can realize the interlocking shutdown and venting of the whole gas reservoir in an emergency. At present, the intelligent system of the Tieshanpo gas field is relatively mature and can be directly applied to the development site of other high-sulfur gas fields.

In the northwest of the Sichuan Basin, the Jiaotan gas reservoir in the Jiange block is also an ultra-deep and high-sulfur gas field, and the central control hall of Cangxi Natural Gas Purification Plant No. 2, which is built with high standards and high quality, integrates operation data, production scheduling, operation control, video surveillance, abnormal alarm and other functions on a large screen to realize full-time monitoring of the plant, and if there are violations on the site, it is clearly visible. The application of the Anyan project has enabled Southwest Oil and Gas Field Company's first self-operated ultra-deep and high sulfur gas reservoir to achieve blind spot supervision.
