It is reported that the "Mazu Cup" Quality Engineering Award, also known as the Putian Quality Engineering Award, is the highest quality award for construction projects in Putian City, and its project quality has reached the leading level in Putian City.
The urban renewal project of Chengxiang District, the Goutou Area Reconstruction Project, is jointly undertaken by the Fujian Company of China Construction Fifth Bureau and China State Construction International, with a total construction area of about 720,000 square meters, involving three communities of Goutou, Putang and Tangpo in Xialin Street. The project is divided into eight plots, with 4,300 resettlement houses, as well as a primary school, two kindergartens, two neighborhood centers, municipal roads, riverbank landscapes, overhead corridors and other supporting facilities. At present, 1,644 sets of resettlement houses have been successfully delivered in Plot 1, Plot 4 and Plot 5 of the project.
"The project team formulated a rigorous construction plan and safety and quality protection measures, carefully organized, reasonably arranged, scientifically managed, and planned as a whole." Deng Wei, the technical backbone of the project in the Goutou area, said that the project actively promoted the application of 7 major and 27 small new technologies such as concrete technology, mechanical and electrical installation engineering technology, and green construction technology, and obtained 8 utility model patents, 3 invention patents, and the third prize of the provincial engineering construction quality management team for 2 times, 2 provincial engineering construction green construction industry construction methods, and 2 key technologies of the provincial construction industry association.
The new campus project of Wenwen Primary School was undertaken by Fujian Company of China Construction Fifth Bureau, and was the first sub-project of the comprehensive management and quality improvement project of Mulan Creek Wenwen North Area in Putian City. The total construction area of the school is about 34,000 square meters, including 1 sports and art building, 1 comprehensive building, 2 teaching buildings, and supporting indoor stadiums, dance studios, libraries and other facilities. The project started in November 2022 and was completed in just eight months. In September last year, the new campus of Wenwen Primary School was officially opened, offering 1,890 places.

Huang Baowei, the technical backbone of the new campus project of Wenwen Primary School, introduced that the project uses BIM technology to carry out prefabricated forward design and speed up the construction of the project. At the same time, the project actively carries out scientific and technological research, solves difficult problems in the project, and continuously innovates and creates efficiency. The project has 8 utility model patents, and has won the first prize of the National Engineering Construction Quality Management Group Achievement 1 time and the first prize of the Provincial Engineering Construction Quality Management Group Achievement 2 times.
