The plant adheres to the operation and management of key projects from the source, led by the leaders of the competent factory, reverses the construction period according to the overall operation plan, decomposes the project layer by layer, clarifies the responsibilities of each department of organization, coordination, procurement, construction and supervision, and changes the previous "series promotion" mode of each department to "parallel and progress" mode to ensure seamless connection between various processes.

By holding weekly project meetings, timely reporting of project progress, solving key problems, and clarifying progress indicators, the project organization department efficiently connects with the design department, and completes the adjustment of the project plan from design to construction plan; The material department made every effort to shorten the procurement cycle, and the land department coordinated land acquisition in advance to make an advance for on-site construction.

It is reported that in the first half of the year, the plant deployed and completed a total of 3 key projects, including 1 project to improve quality and efficiency, and realized the conversion of 8 oil wells through the transformation of closed gathering and transportation of 4 blocks, saving more than 5,000 yuan per day and creating nearly one million yuan per year; 2 pipeline hidden danger treatment items, through the redirection drilling of the exposed river pipe section and the river corrosion pipe section, effectively eliminate the environmental protection risk of pipeline leakage, and further strengthen the intrinsic safety.
