On May 13, it was learned from the Lengjia Geological Research Institute of PetroChina Liaohe Oilfield that the Lei 46-Guan 2 well has been in stable production for more than a month since the opening of the fracturing cold production well in early April, and the average daily oil production has remained above 5.5 tons, which has injected a "shot in the arm" for the effective production of the reserves of the 0 reservoir group in the first and second sections of Lei 46 sand.

It is understood that the buried depth of the first and second members of the Lei 46 sand reservoir is -1220~-1425 meters, which is a deep ordinary heavy oil reservoir, which is divided into 4 oil layer groups, of which the top 0 group has an oil-bearing area of 0.78 square kilometers and an effective thickness of about 5 to 15 meters. Although the development of continuous patches in the whole area is stable, due to low resistance, argillaceous interlayer development and poor physical properties, the reported geological reserves of 838,000 tons have not been effectively used, and the oil well test and production results are not ideal.

In order to gnaw the "hard bone" in the eyes of geological and technical personnel, since the beginning of the year, the company's technical personnel have insisted on systematically combing the oil layer in accordance with the unconventional technical research ideas, and re-evaluated the reservoir potential through the comprehensive analysis of the logging data, oil testing technology, oil testing conclusions and other old well data, and established favorable reservoir identification standards, and preferred the resistivity of Lei 46-Guan 2 well with a resistivity of 40.1 ohms, a sonic time difference of 296 microseconds/meter, and an oil content level of 15.5 meters above the oil spot.

Considering that the well failed to produce normally due to high steam injection pressure, poor seepage capacity and frequent sand jamming in the early stage of production, the integrated technology of fracturing and sand control was used to implement the production.

The successful test production of the well has laid a solid foundation for the overall development of the Leijia area. In the next step, the technical personnel will deepen the re-understanding of the geological body and the research and re-tackling of supporting production technology in the region, optimize the favorable location for reservoir development to implement refill fracturing, further improve the degree of reserve production, and gradually drive the effective revitalization of nearly 3.5 million tons of difficult-to-recover reserves in the whole area.
