"10,000 Teachers Show Good Lessons" teaching and research exhibition activities
The teaching and research exhibition activity of "10,000 teachers showing good lessons" is one of the important measures to fully implement the requirements of the District Education Bureau on the "four modernizations" of teaching and research work. Under the organization and guidance of the Bao'an District Institute of Educational Sciences, the Sixth Excellence Alliance of Preschool Education in Bao'an District, in accordance with the "Implementation Measures for the Recognition of Teaching and Research Exhibition Activities in Bao'an District", cooperated with the Education Office of the 1st and 2nd School Districts, and followed the development concept of "co-construction and sharing, collaboration and excellence", and successively carried out 5 district-level teaching and research exhibition activities for the application and approval, aiming to improve the teaching and teaching ability of teachers in the alliance park and help the high-quality, inclusive and high-quality development of the Sixth Excellence Alliance.

(Group) Yuhuwan Kindergarten
How to carry out theme activities is an important problem and challenge in the development and implementation of kindergarten curriculum. In response to this problem, Ms. Wu Fangfang systematically introduced the concept, content, design and creation of theme activities with the topic of "How to Scientifically Carry Out Theme Activities in Kindergartens".
Subsequently, Mr. Wang Xing and Ms. Guo Huaying respectively shared the theme activity cases ""Ear" Mu Yixin" and "Me and Little Black Hide and Seek", and shared with the teachers how to use the natural resources around them, carry out interesting theme exploration activities, and how to design and carry out interesting exploration games to stimulate children's interest in learning Xi.

Sunshine Sea Kindergarten
Clarinet Polka is an instrumental piece based on Polish folk music. Ms. Zhang Ting uses various forms such as scene introduction, drawing notation, co-rhythm action (creating action), and co-music structure to make movements, so that children can feel the melody of the music that is both cheerful and coherent, perceive the structure of the music ABACA, and try to express different music sections with a variety of body movements.
Teacher Zhang Ting and the on-site teachers discussed the form of music game teaching activities, which aroused everyone's thinking about the organization and design of music activities, and further deepened the practice and exploration of music activities in kindergartens.

Bao'an District Xin'an Chuangye No. 2 Village Kindergarten
Music is a form of emotion, and music beautifies emotion with the rhythm of the heart. Teacher Wenlian designed a music game activity "Interesting Jumping Ball" for the middle class, which is a game activity that combines music and movement, so that children can perceive the connotation of music in the process of playing, exercise concentration, hand-eye coordination and teamwork ability, and cultivate children's artistic expression and creativity.
After the lesson demonstration, Mr. Wenlian further explained his lesson activities from the aspects of activity objectives, activity preparation, activity methods, and activity process, and answered the questions raised by the teachers, so that the teachers had an in-depth understanding of the music game activities.
Part 04
Bao'an District Xixiang Longzhu Kindergarten
Family education plays a vital role in the growth and development of young children. With the title of "Education Improves Family, Family Helps Education", Director Li Sixiang expounded the theory and implementation methods of mutual assistance and co-education in the home from three aspects. She emphasized that teachers should not only have professional qualities and skills, but also learn to communicate and cooperate with parents to form a joint force to promote the growth and development of children.
Subsequently, Director Cai Xiao shared her experience and skills in working with parents with the title of "Communication with Parents is an Art". She pointed out that teachers should show a professional, patient and careful attitude, and express their views and suggestions in a listening, empathetic and artistic way to win the trust and support of parents.

Bao'an District Xixiang Fuyingmen Kindergarten
Principal Yuan Chunhong shared "The Invisible Penetration of Positive Suggestion Education in Life", she emphasized the importance of self-awareness and feelings, and hoped that teachers could explore, see and feel with their hearts. Through "Seeing the Children", positive suggestion education can play a greater role in the daily life of young children.
In addition, Ms. Liu Fu and Li Qing shared a special topic on "The Practical Application of Positive Suggestion in Home Work" through the case of home co-education, and Ms. Han Mei analyzed the case of children's daily life in the kindergarten with the title of "Practical Application of Positive Suggestion in a Day's Life". They all emphasised the importance of positive cues in developing children's good mood and self-control.
Looking forward to the future and moving forward together
This semester, the series of teaching and research exhibitions of the Sixth Excellence Alliance Park is a dialogue between the theory and practice of preschool education. This is not only conducive to the exchange of learning Xi among teachers in the alliance park, but also conducive to teachers to update their educational concepts and promote professional development.
