Recently, the Early Childhood Education Department of the Chuanshan District Education and Sports Bureau launched the 2024 preschool education teaching and research activities with the theme of "Focusing on Theme Teaching and Research and Empowering Professional Growth". More than 300 people, including the relevant person in charge of the District Education and Sports Bureau, all the staff of the District Extracurricular Education and Training Supervision Unit, members of various field groups and backbone teachers of citizen-run kindergartens, participated in the seminar in the six undertaking kindergartens.
The whole activity highlighted the "child-oriented" educational concept, actively created an educational environment atmosphere of "children's perspective", and carried out a series of activities such as special lectures, skills training, observation and learning, seminars and exchanges in six aspects of the five major areas and the connection between young and primary schools. With the purpose of thinking and learning, it has built a bridge for mutual learning and common growth between kindergartens, opened up new opportunities for development in the process of blending experience and wisdom, played a leading and radiating role in various fields, and realized the common exploration and progress of young teachers.
