At 17:33 on December 18, the command center of the Chengmai Brigade received an alarm from the masses located in: A parked semi-trailer LNG power tank in a parking lot on the west line of Haiyu in the old town of Chengmai County leaked, and no one was trapped. After receiving the alarm, the command center immediately dispatched the special service station of the old city to the scene to deal with it.
At 17:45, rescuers arrived at the scene. The situation at the scene was a leak in the LNG power tank of a parked semi-trailer in the parking lot of the Haiyu West Line Highway Overrun Detection Station. After understanding the situation, the commander ordered the fire extinguishing unit to issue a single trunk line and a water cannon to thaw the tank valve and dilute the leaking gas; the search and rescue unit to detect the leaking gas in real time and prepare to close the valve; after 10 minutes of intense rescue, the leaking power tank valve was successfully closed at the scene, and the danger was eliminated.
It is reported that the leakage is due to the semi-trailer parking, the power tank operation valve and the booster valve due to the vehicle stop not closed, resulting in too high tank pressure, safety valve jumping leakage. Fortunately, the accident was handled in a timely manner, and there were no casualties in this accident.
