Muffin Cake – Zero Failure, it's true. Lazy people take shortcuts

author:Submerged mother parenting says healthy

The baby is more than 1 year old, in order to avoid the elderly buying snacks outside, it is better to personally fight DIY.

I also made cookies and small snacks according to books, although under the guise of "zero failure", but eventually ended in failure.

So I tried to make a cake, looked at the existing materials at home, and chose a muffin cake with more complete materials, but I didn't expect to succeed the first time.

Because some of the materials in the original recipe were not available, a close item was selected instead. At the same time, because it is lazy and does not pay attention to details, it has also been reduced in the production steps. Here I would like to elaborate on my lazy approach.

Ingredients: Low gluten flour 55g, whole wheat flour 45g, baking powder 1/2 tsp (2.5ml), (I used 2g yeast instead), baking soda 1/4 tsp (1.25ml) (because the minimum scale is g, so I use 1g), eggs 25g (I use one egg, more than 25g), brown sugar 60g, corn oil 50g (the first time I did it because there is no corn oil, I used peanut oil instead, it is recommended not, because the peanuts made are too heavy and do not feel very good), 125g of milk, 1/4 tsp (1.25ml) of salt (1g of salt I used).

My Lazy Version PK Original Production Process:

1. Put low gluten flour, yeast powder, whole wheat flour, baking soda and salt into a large bowl and stir well. (None are screened)

PK: 1. Pour the eggs, corn oil, milk, brown sugar and salt into a large bowl and stir well.

2. Put the eggs, corn oil, milk, and brown sugar in a large bowl.

PK: 2. Mix the dry materials such as low gluten flour and yeast flour through the sieve, and then mix well with the whole wheat flour. Pour the mixed dry material into the wet material.

3. Stir well with a spoon (mix from the bottom up, do not stir in circles), stir until the flour is all wet.

PK : 3. Stir well with a rubber spatula (mix from the bottom to the top, do not stir in circles), and mix until the flour is all wet. At this time, although the batter looks rough and multi-piece, do not continue to mix.

4. Pour the mixed batter directly into the paper cup mold, 2/3 full. (4 paper cups in total)

PK: 4. Put the mixed batter into the framed flower bag, squeeze into the paper cup mold, 2/3 full.

5. Oven on the middle floor, on and off heat, 180 °C, set to 30 minutes. Preheat for 5 minutes, then place the paper cup in the oven.

PK: 5. Oven on medium level, on high and low heat, 180 °C, preheat for 5 minutes. Then put the paper cup in the oven and bake for 20-30 minutes until the surface is completely expanded and brownish red.
