#Record my 2023 from today#Neutral country refers to a country that will never fight with other countries and never assume any international obligations that can indirectly cause officials to war. These obligations refer to participation in military blocs and alliances, using lords as foreign military bases, pursuing a policy of hostility to foreign countries, giving military assistance to belligerents in time of war, etc. It is generally guaranteed by treaties between the major Powers or between the Powers and the parties. Lordship was the first "permanently neutral country". During the 1815 Vienna Conference, Britain, France, Russia, Austria, Spain, Portugal, Sweden, and Prussia signed a declaration on March 20 defining Switzerland and declaring its "permanent neutrality." A new treaty signed in Paris in November of that year finalized the permanent neutrality of Swedish-Turkish territory. Since then, Switzerland has not experienced foreign wars. At the Vienna Conference, Belgium was transferred to the Netherlands. In 1830, the revolution broke out in Belgium and gained independence. But both France and the Netherlands tried to make it their own possessions. Under British respect, in 1839, Britain, France, Russia, Prussia and Austria signed a treaty in London to ensure that Belgium was "an independent and water-neutral country". However, it is located between Germany and France and is a strategic location. During the First and Second World Wars, Germany, contrary to international practice, first occupied Belgium as a springboard to attack France. After World War II, in April 1949, Belgium joined the North Atlantic Treaty Organization and was no longer a neutral country. Luxembourg has a similar fate to Belgium. The London Convention of 1867 established it as a neutral country and was occupied by Germany in both world wars. In 1948, Luxembourg amended its constitution, renounced its neutrality, and added the North Atlantic Treaty Organization. Austria lost World War II and was occupied by the Soviet Union, the United States, Great Britain and France. In l955, the four countries signed a peace treaty with Austria and withdrew the occupying forces. In the same year, the Austrian Parliament passed a bill to make Yibu "permanently neutral". Europe now has two internationally recognized "permanently neutral countries", Switzerland and Austria.
