Ingredients:
10 marine shrimps;
Accessories:
2 eggs, a small bowl of breadcrumbs, a pinch of salt;
formulation:
Wash the shrimp, cut the black line from the back, and remove the head.
Lay out in the shape of a butterfly and continue to remove the shell on the back.
Beat two eggs, put some salt in the egg mixture and wrap the shrimp in the egg mixture.
Then wrap the prawns wrapped in egg mixture and wrap them in breadcrumbs, both front and back.
Fry the shrimp in a frying pan over medium heat until both sides are golden brown.
