After processing the shrimp, pour oil into the pan, heat the oil in the pan to 180 degrees, put the shrimp in it, fry for 5 minutes to fish out; after the oil heats to 200 degrees, then pour it into the pan and fry it a second time, fry until golden crisp, then fish it out, pour it into the dish and set aside. Do not put oil in the pan, pour in the breadcrumbs, dry sauté the breadcrumbs, then pour in the fried shrimp, green peppers, green onions and flavored pepper salt, stir-fry evenly, and then out of the pan.
