This matter was known to the Heavenly Emperor, and fearing that the body of the carp would turn into a monkey to fight him, he hurriedly sent emissaries and brought a sword called "martial sword" to Yushan to cut open the body of the carp to avoid future troubles. Suddenly, the dragon jumped out of its stomach, with a pair of extremely hard horns on its head, and shot straight into the sky. This is the newborn Yu.
After Yu was born, he was devastated to learn that his father had died to cure water, and was determined to fulfill his father's long-cherished wish and eliminate harm for the people. Therefore, he came to the Heavenly Emperor again and asked the Heavenly Emperor to give him a "resting soil" and eradicate the flood. When the Heavenly Emperor saw that Cang and Yu were determined to control the water, they simply took advantage of the void to enter. They not only gave Yu The Soil, but also sent him directly to the human world to control the flood, and made Ying Long, who had made great contributions in the Battle of You, as Yu's assistant.
Unexpectedly, Yu's behavior angered another great god, the water god. He learned his father's lesson, summoned a black turtle, put the soil on the turtle's back, and took the turtle everywhere to cure the water. Yu dug a river according to the line drawn, allowing the flood to flow to the sea, which is today's big river.

Like a piece of bamboo, a jade object one foot and two inches long was given to Yu, and he was asked to take it out to measure the earth and calm the water and soil. Yu understood that this was Yu Jian, which provided a great guarantee for the control of water.
Yu came to Tongbai Mountain three times to control the water. The climate there is very harsh, except for the wind and rain, thunder and lightning, that is, the grass and trees are wailing, which makes people panic and cannot cure the water at all. Yu knew there was a monster here, and he was very angry. He gathered the gods and ordered them to get rid of the monster. But these immortals had been following the water for many years, and they were already very tired and no longer willing to contribute. No way, Yu unceremoniously imprisoned them, and the gods worked together to eliminate the demons and ghosts. Soon, a monster named Wuzhi prayer was captured. The unsupported prayer was very strong, even surpassing the nine elephants. Although they were caught, they were still struggling desperately. Yu was afraid of running away without support, and called the Heavenly Prodigy Law to subdue it. The law boy could not do anything about the unsupported prayer, and Yu sent ebony again, which was still useless. Yu sent Kang Chen again, and Kang Chen first picked up a euphorbia and slashed at the unsheathed Prayer. The unsupported prayer was cut to the ground. Kang Chen locked the monster's neck with a thick iron chain, put a golden bell on its nostrils, and pressed it to the foot of Guishan Mountain. Yu's water control project removed obstacles, and the rushing Huai Water obediently flowed into the ocean.
After ruling Huai, Yu came to the Three Gorges of wujiang. The dragon in the front of the aqueduct was careless and mistook the waterway. Migrant workers who do not know the truth have spent a lot of effort to dig a canyon to divert water according to this wrong waterway construction, and the result is futile. Yu, who had a clear reward and punishment, killed this stupid dragon on a cliff, that is, the existing "Dragon Chopping Platform" and "Staggered Gorge" in Wushan County.
