On the afternoon of May 5, the Huairou police received a report from the public that they had been deceived on the street. The police rushed to the scene to learn that the policeman Aunt Wang was accosted by a man and a woman at the east exit of Commercial West Street in Huairou District, and the two asked Aunt Wang if she wanted to recycle scrap copper.
