Go to your employer's house at 8.30 a.m., take out yesterday's marinated beef out of the refrigerator and take out today's meat. Pour the meat under the basin to the top, wrap it in plastic wrap, and continue to refrigerate and marinate.

Cook meat every day and eat fresh beef every day. Boiling beef can not be on high heat, just use the middle fire core, and do not waste much gas. The beef is thoroughly marinated and will be very tasty!

Put the beef you want to eat today in the casserole dish, add water, put some soybean sauce, sweet noodle sauce, rock sugar, salt, soy sauce, soy sauce, large ingredients, white root, cinnamon, boil on high heat and simmer over low heat, don't worry about it, what to do.
